But on 08-26, Amazon issued a notice of shipment investigation.
Amazon requires us to provide a delivery appointment number.
We communicated with the logistics company and asked them to provide this appointment number. Their reply was that they could not provide it because it was a trade secret.
Is this a lie, or is it really a trade secret?
We personally think that the appointment number is a simple verification code for online appointment processing. Why can’t they provide it?
