Why did this happen?
We received a complaint about your listing that you have been fluctuating shipping charges on the product detail pages. If we receive more complaints about your listings, we may remove your listing and may not allow you to sell to Amazon.
Fluctuating shipping charges include, but are not limited to:
– Changing the shipping charges on a template repeatedly

How do I reactivate my Featured Offer Eligibility?
To reactivate your Featured Offer Eligibility, you may submit the following to notice-reversal@amazon.com:

Has your Featured Offer Eligibility been removed in error?
If you believe there has been an error, please tell us why by emailing notice-reversal@amazon.com. Your explanation should include the following information:
– The reason the listing has fluctuating shipping charges
What happens if I do not provide the requested information?
If we do not receive the requested information, your Featured Offer Eligibility will remain removed.
You can view your account performance at (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?reftag=email_team or select Account Health on the home screen of the Amazon Seller app on your iOS or Android device. The Account Health dashboard shows how well your account is performing against the performance metrics and policies required to sell on Amazon.

3回ほど変更したらこのようなメールが届き自己発送でのカートが取れない状況になりました。
どのような対応をしたらよろしいのでしょうか

カートの取得条件はアマゾンの気分次第と言う事になっている訳ですね。
アマゾンが気分を害したと言いますか、何だかおかしいなぁ~~~となったんでしょうかね。
連絡が来ただけマシと言う事になるんですかね?
FBAが優先的にカートを取得できる条件は加味されると言う噂は前かありましたね。
ただなんで英語で来るんですかね?
