Amazon failed to schedule a video call on seller's request to refund
Dear Amazon Payment Disbursement Team,
Amazon deactivate my account now 90 days complete and I appeal for payment disbursement now Amazon ask for video call verification I follow the link and the instructions. I initiated the video verification call as part of the onboarding process 2 times on different dates. Unfortunately, email on the link sent was later than the video call date. Thereafter, i scheduled another timing and have never received a confirmed video call timing.
I understand the importance of completing this verification promptly, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. If there's an alternative time or method for the verification call, please let me know.

they are very good at avoiding paying out monies owed. Im now in the process of going through my solicitor to get my money back. Although amazon will eventually take the call, dont expect your money. I have had multiple mails stating the monies have been released for disbursment? they just hold your money in reserve! go to your solictor. mines on there case,
