My brand request ID 2783779103 is stuck pending approval but the case has already been closed.

It says the case cannot be opened so my brand name is stuck.

Can you please reject it so i can reapply or help me find out why its still pending approval?

Ive been waiting months to get approved and I have inventory.

My brand was removed form brand registry, I checked and confirm that my account is no longer have abusive,

@amazon please kindly advice and help me to reinstate my brand back to brand registry.

is there a moderator here who can help point me in the right direction. i think i am stuck in an endless loop with my application because when i did it i accidently filled out a support ticket and it says that is closed too and cannot be reopened but i cannot make a new ticket either because i dont have the brand registry. 29 days is way too long especially for Amazon Japan. i thought someone in Japan would be looking at this.
