Product Removal by Amazon Product Safety

on 11/18/2022 I received this notification from Amazon:
_We are currently removing all listings for some product(s) you have offered for sale on Amazon.com because of reported safety concerns. _
Affected Products:
B01INNQ2RK - SafeAMP Wire Harness Connector for Fisher-Price® Power Wheels® 12-Volt SLA Battery
If you would like to appeal this decision, please submit testing documentation from an ISO 17025 certified laboratory to the appropriate standard to Seller Support
I do not have more details about the safety concern but regardless I submitted on 11/22/2022 the testing documentation from an certified laboratory and I got the following reply from Amazon:
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
We understand that your concern is regarding to appeal the ASIN: B01INNQ2RK due to product safety violation. We do understand how this will impact your business.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to product safety violation and we will assist you in this concern.
On checking, We see that listing is removed due to “Food and Product Safety Issues” which was updated in account health.

Since you have already submitted your submission there is no action required from your end and we request you to wait 180 days to remove the listing from the Account Health Page.
Note: ASIN: B01INNQ2RK will be removed automatically from account health after 180 days.
It has been no more than a week since Amazon replied and my ASIN is still suspended. There is no option to reply to Amazon again. They said there is not action required from my end, does that mean they accepted the test report ? This is confusing.

DId you go through your Account Health Page under Food and Product Safety Issues> select appeal, and submit the ISO 17025 certified?

I understand your concern regarding your listing being taken down due product safety issue.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products are safe and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and practices.
If your ASIN is suppressed due to a potential safety issue, you will receive a notification with a description of the issue and next steps. To reinstate your ASIN or remove your products, read the notification carefully and submit the requested documentation from ISO 17025 certification.
If in case you do not have the safety certifications, you must work to take down the listing from your inventory and work closely with the manufacturers to acquire all the safety certification.
If you have already closed the listings from your inventory, you can wait for 180 days as conveyed above.
