エラーメッセージだけ、実際の登録情報無いと答えようがありません。
登録情報(ASIN SKU バリエーション 親子)で、
テクニカルサポート問い合わせされたほうが良いと思います。
そのメッセージをそのままの解釈なら「SUKとASINに対しカテゴリー矛盾あります」なので、
親ASIN単位(バリ内)でカテゴリー矛盾や
海外ASINを引っ張ってバリ組んだ(元ASINカテ改変)。などなど あるのではないででしょうか？
