Recently, my North American seller account was unexpectedly removed from my seller dashboard. Despite repeated attempts to reach Amazon Seller Support, I have not received any response or notification regarding this issue. As a result, the deactivation of this account has also led to the closure of my Japan seller account, which is linked to the North American account.
As a result, all my funds and inventory remain locked in Amazon, causing serious financial difficulties and operational disruptions. My store in Japan was particularly successful and was a significant source of income, providing reliable and honest service to customers. The sudden closure of my accounts has left me unable to access important funds that are critical to sustaining my business.
I respectfully request the following actions be taken:
Immediate Reinstatement of My North American Seller Account: Please restore my account to the seller dashboard so that I can manage and review any outstanding issues.
Review and Reinstatement of My Japan Seller Account: Given that the closure is related to the North American account, I request a thorough review and reinstatement of my Japan store to resume normal operations.
Recovery of Funds: I request the immediate release of funds in my Amazon accounts to alleviate the financial hardship caused by this situation.
