Account Deactivated in Japan
My Japan account, that I created unknowingly and forgot about, years ago was just deactivated. As a result, my US account was deactivated.
I have submitted the utility bill that they requested and ensured that I have a valid credit card on file. They have denied my appeal 3 times.
I cannot get any help from the US Account Health Services. I cannot request a phone call from Japan because they only support Japanese. I've tried opening a case that leads nowhere with no help.
What else can I do? My account is in good standing. It was only deactivated over identity verification. I've never sold on Amazon Japan and never plan to.
Please help!
