過去に何度もケースを作成し、原因の追究を行っていますが、定型文しか返事がありません。
電話で日本のカスタマーセンターへ問い合わせも、管轄外のようで調査は出来ないようです。
私と同じ境遇の方いたら、どのように対応していますでしょうか。
資金繰りが厳しく、かなり困っています。

I have not been paid by amazon.com for almost two months.
We already have about $13,000 in account level reserves.
The account health number is 208.
I have made several cases in the past and have tried to track down the cause of the problem, but have received only canned replies.
I have called and contacted the Japanese customer center, but they seem to be out of their jurisdiction and cannot investigate.
If anyone is in the same situation as me, how are you handling this?
I am in a tight cash flow situation and am in a lot of trouble.
Please help me.
