Morning sellers Hope everyone doing good.I need help regarding a issue I use to sell on amazon a year ago and then I stopped for a while but I started again last month and got few orders everything was going well but on 13th may I got a notification that we are reviewing your account and funds will not be transferred to your account until we finish.They asked me for proof of delivery while all my orders I sent through Australia Post with 100% CORRECT tracking number and its showing in my account health 100% print valid tracking number and account is healthy.Still I sent them in email all the buyer name tracking numbers+screenshots of Australia Post tracking they clearly shows products are delivered.Moreover I called the customers and double confirmed and they said they got their products.After sending all the info to seller account review team they just keep sending me an automated email sorry we do not have enough info to reinstate your account please provide proof of delivery.Anybody been in this situation before?If yes please help as am trying to sort this issue for a week but not getting anywhere.I sent them an email regarding give me any number so I can call you guys straightaway and sort out this issue but nobody replied.In the result I have to turn holiday mode in my account and losing sales everyday! Will be really appreciated if somebody can help!Thankyou in advance
