Our amazon jp account was deactivated for no reason
Hello, we need your help to go public on our situation and hopefully resolve it.
Our amazon jp account was deactivated for no reason.
Everything started when we tried to open a new account on amazon Australia.
We created the new account on amazon Australia, after that they decided to suspend our Australian account,they needed additional documents,at this moment automatically was suspended our Japanese account.We have provided those doc to Australian seller verification team and they reactivated our account, however the Japanese account remained deactivated, this is the moment when our torture begins, we have contacted amazon jp seller performance team, they have informed us that our account was related to another amazon closed account *australian account,we have explained to them that the closed account which they are referring was our australian account which is now active,they has started to ignore our mails and they are not communicating with us anymore.We already sell in North America for over 1 year, and we have not experienced such problems or attitude, we need some ideas on how to attract attention to our situation, and to address this problem
