We are facing same issue and I believe it's the bot or the AI that is replying our submission. I am very disheart and pessimist about selling on Amazon as a seller. Amazon just don't care about seller and their customer support team don't know the way forward to any problem.

I have called many times to Amazon Support to tell them that I am a legimitate seller with my company registered in US and I can still produce all the required documents since my account is deactivated in error. Unfortunately, their response is "we know nothing".

I wish if we could connect with some expert from Amazon who can assist us reinstating our account.
