As your screenshots show this was associated with an intellectual property policy for ASIN: B0B88W1K4C. Upon review I do see that the brand on the ASIN is "BigClassy" however the listing images show images are associated to the "Harley-Davidson" intellectual properties.
This situation cannot be addressed with any kind of plan of action or "appeal". We will require a valid letter of authorization to utilize these intellectual properties with your brand. If a letter of authorization is not provided the account will not be eligible for reactivation. Please keep in mind that a letter of authorization will only be accepted when issued by the brand or rights owner confirming you are an authorized distributor of the products and brand along with the use of their intellectual properties along with "BigClassy".
The likely reason for the extended period of review is the lack of valid information to properly dispute the deactivation. If we do not receive the required information to verify compliance, we may not respond further.

At this time and as previously advised, we will require a valid letter of authorization with proof of compliance to these policies. A plan of action or corrective measures at this time will not be accepted as we need to verify 100% compliance and that there was never a violation that occurred, and as mentioned you did identify a violation after the account was deactivated, thus I cannot guarantee the eligibility for reactivation at this time.
