How to prove that I am the owner of my BRAND which I have registered in AUSTRALIA.
Hi everyone,
So I just registered my Trademark in Australia and own my company in Australia. I have a trademark on my name and the company is also on my name. I am brand registered on Amazon and I am trying to create listings under my Brand name and UPC which I purchased from GS1 and for some reason amazon is not able to verify those from GS1 website and I have been opening cases 4-5 at a time to get things resolved.
I have been working on Amazon for the past 4 years and have been providing services to people for launches as well but this has been a terrible experience for my account. I got this notification that I was trying to violate some policies that I am trying to make change in some other brand name and I need to prove that I own the brand.
I submitted my TM application and thought amazon would be wise enough to understand that its my own name which reflects on my Amazon accounts as well. Apparently the team does not understand anything and they rejected it saying the following
"We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time. To reactivate your account, please send one of the following:
-- A letter of authorization from the brand owner for making the brand name, title, product detail page, or brand attribute changes.
-- Evidence that you own the brand by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any brand registry document.
The document must meet the following requirements:
-- Valid (not expired, revoked, or closed)
-- Be high quality, in color, and unobstructed (not angled, blurry, or cropped) and show the full page
-- Display matching information (such as customer name and address) that you use to register to sell on Amazon
-- Display the full document (front and back, if applicable)
-- Be in one of these formats: .jpg, .pdf, or .docx.
-- Be authentic and unaltered
I have submitted TM application again with letter of authorization and amazon has rejected again saying the following with more information.
Thank you for submitting your appeal.

I am not sure what amazon really wants. I am not even sure if my letter of authorization is approved or rejected or do I need to make any chagnes in it or what is the template which works in that as I have 6 products that I need to launch. I do have their certificates, and invoices and I made a letter of authorization and made myself authorized as well but still, I am nowhere with this.
I have talked to the seller support team and honestly (the AUSTRALIAN MARKET TEAM IS WORST ) - BOTH AMAZON SELLER CENTRAL AND ACCOUNT HEALTH.
They are not able to fix my listings issues neither this account issue.
I am seeking solutions from either the amazon team or someone who has a similar issue.
Please let me know the steps moving forward so I can fix this as this is the worst experience with amazon in these years.
Thanks
