Thanks so much for your patience as the moderating team and I work to address your thread!
In regards to this information, this does occur when one of your marketplaces is deactivated. This is in accordance with the terms set forth in the selling code of conduct and the multiple accounts policy. As all sellers are expected to keep each account and marketplace in good, active standing at all times, you will want to reactivate the account in which the issue has stemmed.
In reference to the performance notification you received on your US marketplace, it does appear you need to provide evidence that you have not violated section three of the business solutions agreement and the seller code of conduct.
I suggest looking over any documents you have and comparing them with the applicable requirements here.
If the team is unable to verify the documentation and information submitted, we are unable to guarantee the reactivation of your account at this time.
