Cannot "Continue" two Step verification code

I just opened Japan seller account. Need to do the 2-step verification. Get the OTP, entered it, click "Continue", but the page just stays there and the "Continue" doesn't do anything.

I have read and done all the suggestions like clearing the cache, enabling cookies, pop up etc, try on a different browser, try on Amazon Seller app, and it's the same. Nothing happen.

Now I'm stuck. Cannot start selling or anything.
