I have a Japanese seller account, and I used Sell Global to open a global seller account in 15 countries, in order to expand globally.
In Japan my account is a Professional Seller account in the name of my Singapore Company, and it has been fully verified for a long time.
I also successfully verified my company with the UK and the EU.
However, the Singapore, Australian and USA accounts were set up incorrectly by Amazon, and the legal entity was changed to my own personal name as an individual account, not as a private company.
I was able to successfully update the Australian and Singapore seller accounts to my private Singapore company.
However, Amazon USA was deactivated before I could correctly update and verify it, and then every account in the world was deactivated, even though I have only ever sold on Amazon Japan!!
I cannot seem to get the Health Specialists to change my Amazon USA Legal Entity to my Singapore company. Can someone please help me to make it happen? It seems I cannot update the Legal Entity and correct this, it doesn't allow me to.
This is an automation error, and nothing I entered.

So you are aware, the legal entity is not something we change, you can update this information in seller central by navigating to your legal entity section in seller central. If you are encountering issues with this, you will need to provide screenshots of your errors, but remember to remove any personal information as this is a public space.
If you are able to update the information to your name, you should be able to at this point provide the appropriate utility bill or related documents for verification and reactivation.
As noted above if you have already created a case for issued experienced with the legal entity, please also provide that here as we can review the case and offer guidance moving forward.
