Product Compliance Request Under Review - for 6 MONTHS!
I submitted all relevant documents, updated the right age as requested.

It's under review since September 2024 (!!)
I keep receiving the same response that the case is still under review and I should expect an answer within 7 days. However, those 7 days have now turned into 6 months!
Any help will be greatly appreciated as the stock has been sitting around in the warehouse for over 6 months!

I'm sorry you had a long delay for the review. In some instances it can take an extended time, particularly if there is missing documents.
