I need a help from a Senior Technical person as Amazon Support is not able to help me with my issue Since February, 2024.

I am not able to use my Seller Waller.

Amazon says: " You have registered as individual entity on Amazon Seller Wallet and passed verification, however we identify you registered wrong legal entity, you should register as business entity.

Seller wallet using Mataveri system and unfortunately, for technical reasons, it is not possible to change from individual to business on Seller Wallet accounts once seller passed verification.

Once we are able to change individual registration to a business registration on your Seller Wallet account we will contact you however, we don't have a timeline about when this going to happen."

Can somebody advise when this technical reasons will be fixed and how long will it take. Right now I am not able to reinvest my money or pay my vendors. Is there any temporary solution to this problem?

I do not want to close my Seller Wallet as I will not be able to reactivate it again. But I need money from my Seller Wallet to pay my vendors and continue running my business.

Hello, I currently have many problems with my account, the seller service is increasingly poor and the cases always have the answer, "we will escalate it to the corresponding team" In this case I have my funds in seller wallet and I have not been able to add any bank account to transfer my money, if someone has already resolved their case and can help me with the way they did it, I appreciate it, attentive to your comments, thank you.

I have been unable to get any bank account verified on Amazon due to the fact that seller Wallet thinks that my account is a business account and therefore amazon wont accept my bank account when i tey and get it verified. I have submitted documents for both a business and individual account and regardless nothing work. It won't accept my bank account. It keeps sending emails back saying that it cannot be verified. That seller Wallet has seen that your account is used for individual purposes and when the changes are made, we will notify you. this has been months and months. No one has ever gotten back from me. At one point i have used my seller wallet to pay someone. But now i cant even pay anyone. Every time I try to even make a payment from my seller wallet there is an error saying to refresh browser. This happens no matter what computer what device I am trying to use on. the latest case I have about this through seller Central is case number 15932848251. I just need my money out from sellwr wallet!!! Please help!!!
