This is Yvett from Amazon to provide more support on your end.
I can see that you’re facing INFORM Consumers Act issue and is looking to upload the information in Seller Central in order to be compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Amazon must collect and verify a seller’s name, a government-issued identification document, a business address, bank account information, a working email address, a working phone number, and a tax identification number. This information must be either in the business name of the seller or for an individual legally authorized to act on the seller’s behalf.
In most cases, if you have already completed verification for the required information, you won’t be required to do it again, as long as your information hasn’t changed. If Amazon require that you take further steps to verify your current information, they will contact you via email with specific instructions. They will also ask once a year for all high-volume sellers to certify that their information is still correct.
At the same time, please further check on your other marketplaces selling account that any limited access to Amazon selling services. If there is, you will need the following documents to complete the verification process.
I hope my response provides clarification to your question.
Regards,
Yvett (伊薇)
