I was hoping you could help with the following issue. In Case ID # 16323957541, we submitted that a customer review describes the product in a way that is conflicting - it gives both praise and negative feedback about the same topic (the depth of the activities provided within the journal). This may be confusing to other customers. We clearly describe in the listing the depth of the activities - the content of the listing is accurate and provides a full description of the purpose of the journal.

I was able to take a look through that case ID and can understand that this review may offer some confusing detail, but unfortunately, this is not a reason where Amazon would remove or suppress the opinion of a customer. Fortunately, I read the review as mostly positive, and it offers some feedback on where they would like to see the product go next, so hopefully there are some valid takeaways to be had from this review!
