読み取り専用My account has been deactivated with useless reasons. I have now deactivated the product which I had discontinued 3 months ago. Whereas now I am not even selling that product, these people have done this deliberately because i have sold it to me for $2300. Which have been deposited on my portal When I didn't do it because I didn't make any sales. These people are frauding me, holding my money and asking me for documents of a product which I am not even selling. Even if I had been selling, it would have been my fault but due to no fault of mine, these people have held my money.I still request that my account be corrected so that I can get back to work.
What people are you referring to? If you cannot provide valid documentation of an item (whether it's active or not), then you will not be activated or receive any funds.

Can you advise on exactly why you were deactivated? You should have received a performance notification when the account was deactivated, can you post your entire notification here after removing any personal information.
What type of documentation was requested? The situation you're describing could be a concern of authenticity or even restricted products. When you list a product, with or without sales. You assume full responsibility for these listings including ensuring you are authorized to distribute the brands, have an authorized distributor and valid supply chain, or meet all local, state and federal guidelines including our policies. If we have a concern with a listed product we may request documentation to confirm compliance.
