The reason amazon gave me in email notification was that my account got linked to another deactivated account (Which belongs to my VA). I sent all documents stating that the secondary account is not mine and I already closed all business deals or any other communication with my VA but still my account is not being reinstated. I feel very unfortunate that due to a mistake of my VA I am not able to continue my Amazon selling business where I don’t see that I have done anything wrong. What are my options? Please note multiple appeals has already been submitted few months ago but account was never reinstated.
I would suggest contacting a lawyer, and possibly filing for damages against the VA. Of course, if they are not in the US, then probably beyond reach.
But bottom line is that you hired someone to run your business, and they destroyed it, causing you financial harm.
Hopefully you can get something from them, because it is very unlikely that you will sell on Amazon again.
Hello @Seller_NsYbcS2Bo9lmd
Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues with your account and the association that was created through your virtual assistant. I understand you cut the connection and attempted to appeal to our team regarding the separation.
If you have attempted to provide the details of your situation with documentation, and our team is not accepting the submission, then an appeal may not be enough to resolve the concern. This would mean that you need the associated account to resolve their own concerns for you to resolve yours.
If their account remains in the deactivated status, then you will not be able to resolve the issues. We do encourage you to continue to provide any information or updates that you have on this situation to this thread for support.
Best,
Atlas
