My account has been deactivated

My account has been deactivated by amazon seller. They say that There is another account which is linked on this account. I don't even recognize this account and this is the only account I have. What should I do now. They are not even accepting my request to reactivate.

Has anyone else ever had shared access to the account or have you ever utilized any information that was not your own? This could include any former employees or a third party service that assisted you. If not, do you have any family members that have a selling account that could have utilized similar information?
