I have two accounts one in USA and other in Germany.

Due to bank account issue the USA account was deactivated.

Because of USA account deactivation my German account is also deactivated.

I reinstated all details of my USA account and every thing is confirmed but it is still deactivated due to my German account.

Now when I appeal for activation in the USA account they ask me that every thing is ok but first activated your German account.

On 8/12/24 you should have received a notice confirming that you completed the INFORM verification and were reinstated. However, on 8/20/24, you were advised that there was an account deactivation due to a associated account, I was also informed this store was in the US. Do you recognize this store? Did you ever create more than one US selling account that has not completed verification?
