anyone in this forum has an inside email or contact that i can contact for:

by accident clicked on japan which triggered a new account generated there and bam a suspenion in Japan.

US and CA followed a day later. I was able to clear it with US+CA but JAPAN refuse to accept my documents (same that helped me to get US approved).

So now they ask to do Video Verification with my DL which i did and since then i go into a loop, they send me the same request over and over and account is still disabled.

The link they supply for another ID via Interview or online are non functional.

My request to JAPAN to just close my JAPAN Account is not possible "contact via Seller Central Contact forum only gives me we cant help with reinstatements".

I have NO WAY to contact them, and what i read if that doesnt get fixed, they gonna again disable ALL accounts with the request to reinstate japan first.

I have been selling on Amazon for awhile and I have had my account deactivated due to duplicate account which is in Japan. Earlier on I thought that all accounts merged and listed products in Japan and listed products and never sold an item, and they Amazon Japan sent me a notice stating that product inauthentic complaint. As I was still selling on my US and Canada platform I never addressed the issue, then all of a sudden all my accounts were shut down, but they left my Mexico store up and I continued to sell only in Mexico. So with that being said I submitted lots of POA letters, spoke with amazon reps, and also submitted new invoices from my supplier and I keep getting same response from the Amazon Japan team, stating we do not have enough information to reactivate my account. I have even wrote them as I received information from an Amazon rep stating to let them know that I wish to terminate the Japan account as all fees are paid and no outstanding balances due and still same response Please help as I would like to close my accounts.

I live in Japan. I have opened a Seller Central account with Amazon US to start selling our products. I opened an Amazon Hyper Wallet account and have been waiting for the deposit, but it has not been made for a long time.

Amazon US -> Hyper Wallet -> Transfer to our company account in Japan.

When I called the Hyper Wallet contact from Japan to confirm the reason, I was told that the deposit from Hyper Wallet to our corporate account in Japan is not possible, but the transfer can be made to my personal account in Japan.

I would like to get an answer from anyone who has passed a similar problem or knows how to make it possible to transfer funds to a Japanese corporate account.
