Good day

Can I get some help with this email I have received from Amazon?

I don't understand why I got this email from Amazon. I do not have any other account with Amazon expect the one they are saying I am related to. I am being asked to submit prove and I don't know exactly what to provide to Amazon to prove that I am not associated with any other account except the one I am related to and not the one they mentioned in the salutation.

"You have been found to be related to an account beginning with ****** Enterprise.

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.

To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated.

Check your other market places (Canada, Mexico....) find out what's missing in one of those. Get it fixed and then once that store is reactivated you can get the US one activated again
