Now I have received notification from Amazon I have violated the multiple accounts rule, and my seller account has been deactivated, and my vendor account is also suspended. I have submitted an appeal to explain I have mainly used my vendor central account, and I barely used my seller account. I want to close my seller account and focus on my vendor account, but I cannot close my seller account at the moment because it is deactivated. From the instruction I have received from Amazon seller support, to reactivate my seller account I have to first activate my vendor account. And vendor support also tell me to reinstate my vendor account I have to address the violation in my seller account. I am on a dead loop now, any suggestion for what I should do now?
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…
You need to reactivate your seller account and address the violation(s).
THAT is the question. There was a FIRST violation on one of the accounts. Having a related account is NO violation.
But if ONE of both accounts commits a violation and gets suspended, the other one will become suspended too.
So you have to copy and paste here the suspension notice mentionning the violation for others to give you an advice.
AI Madness again. These are not "separate" accounts, this is like having a Mexico, Brazil, Buyer, Seller, etc. They all fall under your name and address, phone number, social, bank account, etc.
You have to just keep hammering away at the Bot Farm until you eventually reach a functioning human who can hopefully fix this.
