I am new as a seller on Amazon Japan. My products are available for prime delivery since they are in the FBA warehouse, and they are active.
However, I haven't made a single sale for the past few months because they do not appear in the search results at all. I have checked every single page, edited my keywords, and ensured my product titles are correct. I even tried filtering the results with the "prime" option.
Results only appear when I search for the ASIN.
I've raised several cases through the help section, but my problem couldn't be solved.
The responses I've received:
- One suggested I draft and optimize my search terms. They noticed that the ASINs have ";" included in the registered search terms. (I removed ";", optimized the keywords, and waited for a week, but nothing changed.)
- Another case stated, "Upon checking, there are no problems with ASIN :...." (They sent me a link with search results of the ASIN. I already informed them that I only get results with ASIN.)
-The last response stated, "The search-ability algorithm is not disclosed by technical support either. Please note that we are therefore unable to investigate this further."
I am an active seller on the Amazon US. market, and I'm trying to sell the exact same products here. I am a brand owner, and these are my own products.
Listing as FBA on the Amazon Japan market is not easy, as it requires additional custom services. I've already invested in this. This situation is becoming very difficult for me.
How should I proceed? I really need help. Thank you very much.
