My Account Got Deactivated because we have been found to be related to an account beginning with Other account
My account had been deactivated because amazon found that I had related account. i just knew that the other account was my roommate and he already move out to new address and didnt update his address when he move out, I sent notarized evidence documents (determined letter, proof of address) that they asked but I got rejected again.
I dont know what others documents they need to proof I dont have other account, when i tried to open case about this i also got auto rejected email.

Additionally, I understand that this relationship is due to the fact that the owner of the deactivated account lived in the same address as you.
The documents you provided in your appeal appear to be correct, so I can assume that a discrepancy has been found between the information contained in those documents and the information we detected in our investigation.
Therefore, I recommend that you review the information that may have been shared between the accounts. Make sure that a connection no longer exists (if we detect that a connection still exists or that the connection existed after the contract ended, your appeal will be rejected).
