Can'tAccess Amazon.co.jp Seller Central After 2SV Reset
Hello,
I recently received confirmation that the Two-Step Verification (2SV) for my Amazon.co.jp seller account was successfully disabled, and access was restored. However, I am still receiving a "Not Authorized" error when attempting to log in to my Amazon.co.jp Seller Central account.
Currently, I can only access forums and general Amazon pages via Amazon.com.au, but not the Japan marketplace.
I also have an active order visible in my Easy Envanter system, and I need access to fulfill it before the deadline.
Please advise how I can resolve this login issue and regain full access to my seller account.

- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try accessing through a different web browser
- Use incognito/private browsing mode

Try logging back in through Australia Seller Central:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com.au/ - the Japan redirect is a legacy bug that Amazon needs to resolve.
