内容は下記の通りです。

By enrolling in Automated Grade and Resell, you can save time and start recovering value by processing your unfulfillable stock automatically. Amazon will also continue to waive all fees related to Grade and Resell program through 2022.
Automated Grade and Resell is a new and effortless way to recover value from your unfulfillable customer returns. You can immediately start by selecting Grade and Resell in your Automated Unfulfillable Settings within the Fulfilment by Amazon settings page in Seller Central. After enrollment, your eligible unfulfillable customer returns will be automatically evaluated by one of our returns specialists and relisted as used under the parent ASIN. We use the same grading process as Amazon Warehouse Deals that has been optimized to suit customer expectation. And you keep full control of these listings after creation.
Can you provide an example calculation?
Let’s say your product has a price of €/£50 as a new item. Once the product becomes unfulfillable, it will be automatically categorized into one of the four tiers based on the Used conditions (i.e. Like New, Very Good, Good and Acceptable). You just need to define the discount for each tier, for example Like New products at 90% of the initial price, Very Good at 85%, Good at 75% and Acceptable at 65%. The used products will then be offered on the Amazon websites at a discounted price based on the tier (€/£45, €/£42.50, €/£37.50 and €/£32.50 respectively).

先程、TSから2回目の回答がありました。
前回の回答に不足があり誠に申し訳ございません。
該当メールは、ご添付頂いたPDFを確認致しますと、出品者様がアカウントに登録されている「xxx.yyy.zzz@aaa.com」ではなく、通知設定で各通知に登録されている「xxxx.yyyyy.zzzzz@bbb.com」に通知が届いております。
上記各通知設定に基づき、該当のメールが届いている可能性がございますが、その可能性を含めて改めて調査を進めております。

情報少ないですね。
メール中にある通貨記号がドルではない(ユーロポンド)なので、
ヨーロッパ向けのメールのつもりが、宛先を間違えて対象以外のセラーにも配布されてしまったのでしょうね。ひょっとしたら世界中のAmazonセラーに配信されたのかも。
とはいっても私のところには来ていません。売上の多い限定セラー向け？
ちなみに、似たようなメールが私のところにも来ていますが、文面が少し違います。

やはり欧州セラー向けでしょうか。
まあ、日本人セラーには「関係ないこって」と、無視してすっ飛ばしていればいいかと思います。ただ、アメリカで展開中、欧州でも展開ということになれば、日本でも同様のサービスが展開される事が予想されます。
USのseller forumに何か情報があれば・・・と思ってちらと見てみましたが少なそうですね。
