読み取り専用I have two products that submitted compliance requirements on September 19th and 30th, 2024, and have been under review for over a month now. All necessary documents have been prepared and submitted. But currently there is still no response and it is still under review. This is case ID: 16321494451, 16046995951. Because I need to restore the page, my product has been unable to sell normally for a long time. We have the relevant materials and should be able to continue selling, but due to Amazon's lack of review, my product has been unable to sell normally for a long time
There are countless threads on this subject lately. You can't speed up the review process.
Apparently the Compliance Team is overwhelmed with submissions. The only thing a CM can tell you (if one happens by) is that it's still under review. They can't expedite the process for you.
Our last review took 2 months. You're just in a long line like everyone else.
Whatever you do, don't continue to open new cases. Doing so seems to push you to the back of the line.

I see that you have concerns with the amount of time it has taken for your compliance submission to be reviewed and you would like an update on this as soon as possible.
I have gone ahead and passed your information over to the appropriate teams for a review. I will keep an eye on this and once I hear back from that team I will be sure to let you know. If you see anything change with these ASINs in the meantime, please let me know as well.
