More shenanegans from seller support on lost pallet shipment


after going back and forth with this guy for about a week and uploading the documents not once, but twice. I get a silly copy and paste response claiming all the required information isn't in my suppliers invoice, which it clearly is.
Sad that there must be no vetting these overseas staff and they're just copying and pasting all day for a paycheck. I'd say 1 out of 5 I speak to really know their stuff and go the extra mile.
This pallet was mysteriously missing about 400 units but all is tidy on my customs forms etc.
