Japan account has all my stores deactivated.
I don't know what to do.
I missed the video call they wanted me to do and every time I try to reschedule it, it only lets me select Nov 2023... We're in 2024 now!
They asked for my utility bill but I'm in the military and living on post I don't pay or have a utility bill, and my phone is prepaid plan they're not able to send a legitimate bill. So the next best thing I could send was my internet bill.
Wasn't enough information.
So I sent my Drivers license AND Car insurance bill.... still not enough information for them.
I've had better response and help from the help desks in U.S. and Australia, but they're not able to resolve any issues due to their zero access to accounts in Japan. I never see a "Call Now" button pop up in the Japan account so I don't know how to call and ask what all they need.
Is someone here able to help me? This has been on going since Nov 2023
