How to issue a manual invoice - request from customer
Hope you guys are doing great!
We are GST registered, and provided Amazon our ABN.
When a customer requests an invoice (as Amazon doesn’t provide invoices on behalf 3rd party sellers), how do we go about providing an invoice?
Do we create a manual invoice? and do we include GST in the invoice. If so, is GST based on the total amount of the sale.

yes, create a manual invoice and send to buyer
as for the other questions - if you’re registered for GST you should know how to do an invoice. If you don’t ,best is to check with your accountant

If your business is GST registered, the price is GST inclusive, therefore you GST is calculated on the total sales amount (GST = total amount / 11 * 10)
One of invoice template provided by amazon as follows,
invoice generation website https://invoice-generator.com/#/2 to generate the invoice for the buyer as there is no automatic invoice generation for 3rd party seller.
