Account deactivated and video interview

Dear Madame/Sir,

On May 16, my account was deactivated for identity verification. I was asked to fill out a form for a video interview. I filled out the form. I chose 3 time slots for the interview. These dates are May 21, May 24 and May 30. But there was no turning back. And no one called me on the dates I chose for the video interview. My account is currently deactivated and I cannot make sales, I ordered new products but I cannot create lists and update my stocks. Could you please help me with the identity verification video interview? I wanted to select the date again from the form, but it did not allow me because I had selected it before.
