My product CPC certificate has been submitted for more than 30 days, but Amazon keeps showing that the review has not been completed, and contacting the seller support also shows that the relevant team cannot be contacted. Please help to check the review progress, thank you

I can understand how frustrating it is to be waiting for your submission of documents to be reviewed and accepted.

I looked into the two case ID's and the associated ASINs. It seems as of 11/22/2024, your compliance documents were approved. Can you confirm?

I also verified your inventory and see the ASINs are active and your FBA units are available. This is really good news.
