On May 8, 2024, my account was suspended due to a violation of the dropshipping policy. After conducting further research, I realized that I had been following incorrect practices based on the training I received. I have since submitted several plans of action, clearly stating that I understand my mistake and acknowledge the policy violation regarding improper order fulfillment. However, I continue to receive rejection emails with the request to 'prove that I did not violate the dropshipping policy.' Despite my efforts, I keep receiving the same response. I kindly request your assistance. Below is a portion of my appeal for your review:
"We fully acknowledge the mistakes made and take complete responsibility for them. Our focus on customer satisfaction, while well-intentioned, led to decisions that did not align with Amazon's policies. Moving forward, we are dedicated to ensuring that all our practices fully comply with Amazon's Drop Shipping policy and the Seller Code of Conduct.
We respectfully request another opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to these principles. We have learned from this experience and have taken significant steps to correct our practices. Our goal is to maintain customer trust and satisfaction while fully adhering to Amazon's policies.
We genuinely value our partnership with Amazon and are eager to continue as a part of the Amazon seller community. If our current corrective actions and documentation are not deemed sufficient for reinstating our FBM privileges, we respectfully ask for consideration to transition to the FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) model. We believe this transition would allow us to better align with Amazon’s fulfillment expectations, ensuring that all products are shipped under Amazon’s direct supervision and control.
We sincerely request a second chance to demonstrate our commitment to Amazon’s policies. If FBM privileges cannot be reinstated, we ask that our account be reactivated for FBA-only operations. We are fully committed to ensuring that all future operations comply with Amazon's policies and to making this transition as seamless as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and consideration. We are eager to resolve this situation and continue contributing to the Amazon marketplace in a compliant and responsible manner."
