Hi - Amazon.jp marked our store because of inactivity. It's true that we have very little activity in that store - it's just the fact. We received an order and tried to fulfill it, but the account is listed as inactive, so we updated the charge methods (they were fine, but we did it anyway). It's still listed as inactive - some say because we have to re-validate. However we cannot revalidate because the account is listed as inactive. Basically we cannot get past the page that says the account is inactive in order to address it.
We could use some help - we have a customer expecting a delivery.
