Request for Review Removal - Off Topic, Not About The Product

I am reaching out to kindly request your assistance in reviewing and removing a review that has been posted under my product listing and clearly breaks community guidelines.

Content: The review is titled "Product was opened", mentions possible product tampering during transit, and mentions they did not even use/try the product.
Arguments for removal:
1. Review solely focuses on product condition and damage / shipping packaging damage, violating community guidelines. Customer mentions potential tampering during transit.
2. Review mentions they did not try or use the product, which violates "Community content is meant to help customers learn about the product itself, not an individual experience ordering it." The review is clearly not about the product, as they admitted to not even trying or using the product.
Some additional details: Customer received a full refund before posting this review and will not respond to our emails requesting more information on the matter.
We raised this concern through Seller Support under multiple cases: ID 17094775621, ID 17094596881, and ID 17091226601. Additionally, the review was manually reported via the "Report" button next to it. However, the review is still visible on our listing.
To maintain the integrity of reviews on our listing and ensure accurate feedback for buyers, we kindly request the removal of this review.
