My amazon Japan account is deactivated from last 3 years, it was deactivated on May 2021 due to Inauthenticity complaint. i have tried to appeal multiple times, but same reply comes that We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account.

is there any hope and help to get it back ?
