Amazon charged my account without even telling me. I thought it was just a normal process of signing up again, but unfortunately, they charged my card around 5,000 yen! Wow, I never imagined Amazon doing this kind of tactic, almost like a thief!

I have tried ways to contact their support but can’t. It is crazy hard to even get to an actual support and not just FAQs.

Can someone give me a direct contact to support who can give me my refund?
