読み取り専用I have a review that has been sitting there for almost 5 months and I have requested a removal several times. The review was related to the product delivery not the product itself. I requested the removal per Amazon guideline but it is still there. I has affected my brand. I have emailed community-help@amazon.com, Reviews-help@amazon.com, opened a ticket, but still no Answer. Neither denied nor accepted my request. What else should I do?

You are responsible for quality control AND proper packaging for safe arrival. Amazon warehouse will throw it in a box. They wont cushion it and protect it for you. If your products leak, that's on you not shipping. they will not remove such reviews.

It is true that our team at the community-help@ alias may not respond to submissions, but all are reviewed for appropriate action. If you'd like to share the case ID you used to discuss the topic with support, I'd be happy to take a look from my end along with you, but I will caveat that if a review contains any feedback on the product itself, our teams would not consider it a candidate for removal.
