Are you using FBA or Self Fulfilling?

If FBA - have you shipped in the product and was it received by Amazon? There are several things that can affect FBA inventory being available to buyers. It can be marked as unfulfillable, reserved, etc.

I find the Amazon Fulfillment Reports (hopefully I have the link correct for your Marketplace) page to be helpful if the regular Manage FBA Inventory pages doesn’t clear things up.

If Self Fulfilled - They may be suppressed by Amazon. Some reasons might be; you may not be authorized to sell the items; your listing might be missing required information; your listing might have pricing issues.
