Account suspended as related account
Hi All,
I am 10 year old seller my account suspended due to related account and i know that account is one of my ex employee, now he is not working with us, not able to figure out what exact is matching, called health support team they are giving common answer like find out what’s matching if we know this why will call support team for this , I stuck here, we sacked that employee when we got to know he opened his Amazon account and now he is not responding any help

As you mentioned, it seems that you have identified that this was caused by an ex-employee. Do you have any supporting documentation to show proof of employment? These can be proof of payment, contracts, or termination agreements as you mentioned they were no longer working with you.
If you are able to provide these documents, you can use the appeal button in the account health page to submit them for review. Please be aware that if we cannot validate the information provided, the alternative is to ensure the associated store is reactivated.
I would also suggest reviewing our seller university video on both how to address a multiple account policy violation, and for once the account is reactivated our video on how to comply with our multiple account policy.
