Please look at the How to Report a Violation through Amazon Brand Registry as it provides ways to utilize the Report a Violation tool in Brand Registry.
When using this tool, please make sure state only facts on why the items you are reporting is counterfeit, make sure your trademark is registered, and to be concise.
Typically some items which sellers report counterfeit cannot be proved without a test buy, as it would not be appropriate for Amazon to assist in enforcement activities without valid proof.
