Dear Amazon Team,
cc: @Joey_Amazon
I am kindly requesting your assistance in reviewing and removing an irrelevant review posted under our product listing for the Resin Shed.
Review Details:
Rating: 1 Star
Content: My goodness this is the biggest piece of junk that I have ever bought I can not believe I sent even a $1 on this shed let alone $635 b.s
Arguments for removal:
1. Incorrect product review: Though the review refers to a resin shed, the customer never received any product from us. He placed an order but canceled it immediately, so the product he mentioned was not from us.
2. The bad review was fake and malicious, we also found he left a 1-star review for another seller. The reviews are not the verified purchase. We know that reviews without this label can also be helpful. But this would indicate that the buyer did not actually purchase the product from this ASIN. Maybe they may have purchased a similar product from another seller not us but left a review to the wrong Asin.
We reported the review via the "Report" button next to it however, the review is still visible on our listing.
To maintain the integrity of reviews on our listing and ensure accurate feedback for buyers, we kindly request the removal of this review.
Please let us now if any additional information is needed to assist with this matter.
Thank you for your attention and assistance.
Best regards,
@Jameson_Amazon
Request for Review Removal – Fake Review
Dear Amazon Team,
I would like your help reviewing and removing an irrelevant review posted under our product listing for the Resin Shed.
Hello @Seller_1utewHiRnETLd- and thank you for posting about this experience with a reviewer.
In situations where you receive a negative product review, you can report the review as abusive in cases where it departs from our Community Guidelines, and also reach out to the alias community-help@amazon.com with specific information. While the team behind that alias will not respond to emails, they will investigate submissions for appropriate actions. Only reviews that are centered on content that departs from Community Guidelines would be removed however. Per these answers to questions on product reviews, Amazon does allow reviews from customers who may have purchased the item elsewhere.
I hope this helps, and thanks very much for looking to the seller forums for some guidance!
