My account was deactivated for no reason. I was told to submit my ID and other documents I even participated in an ID verification call. but till date my account is still deactivated with no feedback or known issue for deactivation. Till today I dont know the issue with my documents. I will appreciate a feed back. on why I was deactivated an any issue with my submitted ID be made known so i can comply.. see attached my performance dashboard. i have not violated any policy as i am just a new seller trying to list his product. please help

Could you please check on a solution for my account?

I have two accounts one in USA and other in Germany.

Due to bank account issue the USA account was deactivated.

Because of USA account deactivation my German account is also deactivated.

I reinstated all details of my USA account and every thing is confirmed but it is still deactivated due to my German account.

Now when I appeal for activation in the USA account they ask me that every thing is ok but first activated your German account.

In the same way when I appeal for activation in the German account they ask me that every thing is ok but first activated your USA account.

Kindly guide me that I could get out of this issue.
