[Action Needed] Amazon MWS Buyer Seller Messaging Functionality Application Review
宣伝ととらえかねないので詳しくは控えますが、当方はセラーセントラルアプリストアに掲載の開発者です。
次のようなメールが届いているのですが、具体的にどのようなアクションを起こせば良いのでしょうか。
内容的にはAmazonの担当者が確認できるデモ版を作って開放してほしいといったような内容のようですが、具体的にどのように開放したらいいのか書かれておらず、どのように調整していいのかもわかりません。
英語できていますので、英語で対応する必要があるのかもしれませんが、当方は英語は不慣れで喋ることはできません。
TSには10/21に連絡しましたが、MWSチームに移管された後回答はありません。
開発権限の更新や内容確認については今回までは日本語でメールがきていましたので、しっかり対応ができていました。
開発者としてできることとして、ユーザー様にはガイドラインの遵守を求めることは行っています。
また、ガイドラインが更新された際には、その差分を調べてユーザー様にお知らせしています。
日本語ならば、ZOOMでつないで実際にログインして機能を説明するといったようなことは対応可能です。

As part of this process, we have identified Amazon Selling Partners who are not complying with the Amazon Buyer Seller Messaging (BSM) Communication guidelines. As you are a Developer of an application that these Sellers may be using for BSM, we want you to be empowered to ensure your application is enabling Sellers to meet these guidelines.

In order for us to better address this situation, we would like to review the BSM functionality currently enabled in your application for Amazon Selling Partners. Please respond to this message within 5 business days, and provide details as it relates to the following:
- Direct Communication: Explain how your application assists Sellers with Shipment Confirmation emails, Order Unavailable emails, and Return Confirmation emails.
- Indirect Communication: Explain how your application assists Sellers with sending communications for order-related information to buyers through their “Your Account” updates, such as providing shipping tracking numbers, or information when a refund has been processed.
- Authentic Buyer-Seller Communications: Explain how your application assists Sellers with receiving contacts from buyers who want to contact the Seller they have made a purchase from.
- Additional BSM functionality: Explain any unique features your application offers for BSM or solicitation.
You can provide these details by sharing website links that explain your application features, attach screenshots of your application’s user experience, and attach any relevant documentation.
We also may request a short demo of your application, and request you provide the best phone number to reach out at, and 3 different weekdays/times within the next week that will work best to schedule this appointment.
Once we review your response, we will follow up to provide you details about any next steps you may need to take.
